Have a good look around their Greenfoot site (https://www.greenfoot.org and check out the game scenarios there to give you some ideas for creating your own or changing an existing game.

Make sure to have a look at the series of beginner Java tutorial videos (with Michael himself) using Greenfoot on the site called “The joy of code”, here is the direct link: https://www.greenfoot.org/doc/joy-of-code
